SURGICAL TECHNICIANS - FULL TIME and PART TIME
Looking for Full Time and Part Time Surgical Tech for busy multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center open Monday - Friday.
Clinical knowledge of the Operating Room. Must have successfully completed Surgical Technology program; experience as a surgical first assistant a plus. Operating Room duties include first assist, second assist, performing surgical sterile preps and Clipper shave prep procedures, cleaning and processing instruments and following Standard Central Service procedures and autoclave operation. Assisting in opening of sterile supplies in preparation for OR cases and picking case carts. Non-surgical duties include assisting with supply and inventory, maintaining organization in storage areas for equipment and supplies.
Qualifications and Skills
CPR certification required.
Must maintain all certifications required by Act 80 of 2020
Summary
As a Surgical Technician, you will be an integral part of the surgical team, responsible for ensuring the operating room is prepared and sterile for procedures. Reporting to the lead surgeon, your core skills in patient care, suturing, and critical care experience will be essential in assisting during surgeries. Your premium skills in OR experience and emergency medicine will enhance your ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. With a strong foundation in medical terminology and hospital experience, you will contribute to delivering safe and efficient surgical care, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
OPERATING ROOM NURSE - FULL TIME
Full Time Registered Nurse needed for operating rooms of new busy multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center open Monday - Friday. No weekends.
